FTPing isn't hard. I'm sure you'll get the hang of it in no time.

There are a couple ways you can go about it....

 

1. You can use the File Manager section of your control panel (CP).

    You'll see an icon for that on the page mentioned above.

    Once you click that link, look for the folder icon next to

    public_html.

    Next click on Upload Files.

    Browse to where your files are stored

    When you've selected your files, click upload.

Presto!

 

2. Get an FTP program. I personally use LeapFTP.

     It's available at http://www.leapware.com/

    (Install the program)

    Click on the address Book Icon (Site Manager)

    Choose Add Site and enter the FTP data supplied in your

    'welcome' letter.

    You only have to do the above steps once. 

    Click the Connect Button

    In the right window pane, move to the public_html folder

    In the left window pane, browse to the files on your computer

    which you want to upload

    Highlight the files you want to send.

    Right click on them and click Upload.

Presto!
